The users’ access to the Web Site is free and free of charge. Nevertheless, some services and products offered in the Web Site are subject to a reservation and previous contracting under the form determined in the corresponding general/private terms of use.

The relations established between EUROROCA and the user are governed by the provisions of the existing rules concerning the applicable law and jurisdiction. However, for cases where the regulations provide the possibility that the parties will submit to a jurisdiction, EUROROCA and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to submit any disputes and / or disputes to the knowledge of Courts and Tribunals of the city of Vigo.
